At The Slay Palace, we want to ensure that our clients have a seamless stress-free experience when booking and paying for their hair services.

Two payment options will be provided at check out:

• 50% of the full amount shown
• Full payment
  

The remaining balance is to be provided in CASH ONLY.

There is an additional charge of $5 for the use of E-Transfer.

At The Slay Palace, booking your hair appointment should be easy and hassle-free. 

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

1. Select all the details required for the style of your choice. This includes adding a Blowdry, wash and Blowdry, size, length, designs etc. 

2. Tap the “select date + time” button. Select a stylist of your choice, then choose the date and time that works best for you.

3. Enter your details where prompted. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and social media.

4. Confirm your appointment. Once you've selected the stylist, date and time, review your appointment details to ensure that everything is correct.

5. Checkout and make payment. Add your service to your cart. Proceed  to checkout to pay for your appointment, selecting either 50% deposit or full payment. 

6. Check your email for confirmation. Once payment is made, check your email for confirmation. There will be two emails, one confirms your payment.The second one can sometimes get lost in your spam or junk mail, that is the confirmation email with the details you need for your appointment!

The Slay Palace is located at the intersection of St. Clair Ave W & Dufferin St in Toronto. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will be provided with the exact address in your confirmation email.

Our salon is easily accessible by car or public transportation, and there is street parking nearby. If you need help with directions or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we're here to help you navigate any changes to your appointment schedule.

• Please provide at least 72 hours notice to cancel your appointment.
• Cancellation within 72 hours, will be provided with a full refund through the website.

• Please provide at least a 24 hour notice to reschedule
• Deposits are transferable and valid for 30days after your original scheduled appointment.
• NO SHOWS / Same day cancelations will not be entitled to any refund. 

• RUNNING LATE ? let us know as soon as possible. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, a late fee of $20 will be added to your balance.

• Please arrive with your hair washed and blow-dried on the day of your appointment.
• Please avoid using any additional hair products such as leave-in conditioners or oils.
• We appreciate your cooperation in following these requirements. Please note that failure to do so will result in additional charges.

• Braids / Locs : All hair needs are stated in the description of each style with pictures to help.
• Installs : All wigs must be dropped off at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment
• Weave / Wigs take up to 5-10 business days to arrive.
