• Wash and Blowdry hair from root to tip, ready to be styled. 

• Add a blowdry or wash and Blowdry to your service if you’re unable to properly prepare yourself for an appointment.

• Hair is not included but can be provided for an extra cost.

-  If you need hair provided, use the special instructions to let us know what hair and colour you need.

Ex) hair provided colour 1b 

Payment: 50% deposit or Full balance to secure your appointment. 

1. Once you have added the service to your cart, there will be a pop up on the top left hand corner of your screen. 
   
2. Select “view cart” or select the “shopping cart icon” located above the pop up. A new web browser page will appear with a full overview of your service in the cart. 

3. At the bottom of the page, is where the options to select 50% deposit or pay in full is located. 

• The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your appointment either through cash or etransfer. All e-transfers require HST. 

• After booking check your email for your confirmation  that will provide you with further details about your appointment. Check spam or Junk mail if you cannot find the email in your standard inbox. 

Hair that we accept:

• Braids : 1-2 packs of the 3in1 prestrechted hair in 42”-52” (XPRESSION BRAND ONLY)
• Bundles: 2-3 bundles in the texture and length of your choice.
  
  ***If you need bundles provided, please reach out. Bundles are always available for purchase.***
  
• Synthetic packs of hair will only be installed as a quick weave

• To cancel , please give us a 72 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund. 
  
• Rescheduling requires at least a 24 hours notice. Deposits are transferable to reschedule appointments within the same year of booking. 

• No-shows won't be refunded.
  
• If running late, please notify us ASAP. 30 mins + late will result in a $30 late fee or potential appointment cancellation
