Rescheduling & Cancellations

Here at SBK we are very flexible when it comes to rescheduling and cancelling your appointment so that you can come in on a day that works for your schedule.

 

•  If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. For cancellations in order to get a full refund you must cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 72 hours you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you do not show up to an appointment without giving any notice then you will not receive any refund. If you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will be able to make the change in our system.
• If you request to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment we may have to cancel it and issue you a 50% refund.
