Here at SBK we know exactly what needs to be done in order for you to slay the way that you need to. Our Ponytail styles will leave you with a look that will have everyone wondering who did your hair and how they can get like you!
Our Ponytail process involves blow drying & straightening your hair without the use of gel. All ponytails are done using the invisible ponytail method, click here to get a better representation.

For frontal ponytails all lace frontals must be dropped off at least 2 days prior to your appointment. For natural hair ponytails please arrive with your hair washed without any additional oils or products.
CHECKOUT & MAKING PAYMENT

You have the option to give a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Once you begin the checkout process in your cart scroll to the bottom and you will see the option for you to select 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your appointment either through cash or etransfer.
After booking check your inbox for your confirmation email that will provide you with further details about your appointment.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or reschedule, please give us 72 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund. No-shows won't be refunded. Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice. If running late, please notify us ASAP. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a $15 surcharge.

At The Slay Palace, we strive to make sure you leave happy with your hairstyle. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue and you have to remove the hairstyle on the same day, we will offer you a 50% discount as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction.
