Here at The Slay Palace we will make sure that you always leave our chair looking and feeling right & ready to slay! Our install services are sure to have you feeling brand new and ready to take over the world once your appointment is completed.

- Please ensure your unit is dropped of 3-4 days prior to your appointment to offer the perfect customization to fit you right.
- Failure to drop wig off within the correct time frame will be charged extra $15 dollars.
- Same Day customization - If you are not able to drop off your wig within the correct time frame. There will be a fee of $30
- Arrive with your hair wash + blowdried ready for braid down
CHECKOUT & MAKING PAYMENT

You have the option to give a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Once you begin the checkout process in your cart scroll to the bottom and you will see the option for you to select 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your appointment either through cash or etransfer.
After booking check your inbox for your confirmation email that will provide you with further details about your appointment.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or reschedule, please give us 72 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund. No-shows won't be refunded. Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice. If running late, please notify us ASAP. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a $15 surcharge.

At The Slay Palace, we strive to make sure you leave happy with your hairstyle. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue and you have to remove the hairstyle on the same day, we will offer you a 50% discount as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction.
