If you are using, used/old bundles, please ensure they are clean and in order according to length before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in extra charges.
CHECKOUT & MAKING PAYMENT

You have the option to give a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Once you begin the checkout process in your cart scroll to the bottom and you will see the option for you to select 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your appointment either through cash or etransfer.
After booking check your inbox for your confirmation email that will provide you with further details about your appointment.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or reschedule, please give us 72 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund. No-shows won't be refunded. Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice. If running late, please notify us ASAP. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a $15 surcharge.

At The Slay Palace, we strive to make sure you leave happy with your hairstyle. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue and you have to remove the hairstyle on the same day, we will offer you a 50% discount as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction.
