- Add a blowdry or wash and Blowdry to your service if you’re unable to properly prepare yourself for an appointment.
- Hair is not included but can be provided for an extra cost.

Payment: 50% deposit or Full balance to secure your appointment.
- Once you have added the service to your cart, there will be a pop up on the top left hand corner of your screen.
- Select “view cart” or select the “shopping cart icon” located above the pop up. A new web browser page will appear with a full overview of your service in the cart.
- At the bottom of the page, is where the options to select 50% deposit or pay in full is located.
- The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your appointment either through cash or etransfer. All e-transfers require HST.
- After booking check your email for your confirmation that will provide you with further details about your appointment. Check spam or Junk mail if you cannot find the email in your standard inbox.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
- To cancel , please give us a 72 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund.
- Rescheduling requires at least a 24 hours notice. Deposits are transferable to reschedule appointments within the same year of booking.
- No-shows won't be refunded.
- If running late, please notify us ASAP. 30 mins + late will result in a $30 late fee or potential appointment cancellation

At The Slay Palace, we strive to make sure you leave happy with your hairstyle. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue and you have to remove the hairstyle on the same day, we will offer you a 50% discount as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction.
