Here at The Slay Palace we offer our clients the ultimate braiding experience! Our Goddess Tribal braids come in a variety of sizes and lengths, allowing you to get exactly the look that you are going for! 

 

If you're a first time client please read the information below before booking so that you know what you need to bring and what to expect

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you do not select the wash + blowdry option please arrive to your appointment with your hair washed and blowdried.

Hair is not included but can be provided for an extra cost. If you need hair provided, use the special instructions to let us know what hair and colour you need.

WHAT HAIR SHOULD I BRING?

Hair that we accept: 

How many packs do you need?

  • Small, Medium, large - 3 packs of the 3in1 pre-stretched hair 
  • 1 Pack of Freetress Water Wave hair

What length hair do you need? 

Braids 

  • Shoulder, Midback - 42"
  • Waist, Extended - 52"

Freetress hair 

  • 22"

CHECKOUT & MAKING PAYMENT

You have the option to give a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Once you begin the checkout process in your cart scroll to the bottom and you will see the option for you to select 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your appointment either through cash or etransfer.

After booking check your inbox for your confirmation email that will provide you with further details about your appointment.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or reschedule, please give us 72 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund. No-shows won't be refunded. Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice. If running late, please notify us ASAP. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a $15 surcharge.

    At The Slay Palace, we strive to make sure you leave happy with your hairstyle. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue and you have to remove the hairstyle on the same day, we will offer you a 50% discount as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction.
