How long does it take for an order to arrive ? 

Once an order is made, it takes 1-2 days processing period. Once Shipped out, it takes 3-4 business days to arrive. 

** Please note, holidays can affect the processing and shipping period** 

Is there a pick up option available? 

Yes, packages can be picked up in store at our St.clair location. Please contact directly to set up a pick date + time. 

Can I place a deposit ? 

When ordering wigs through the website, payment in full is required. If you are ordering a wig for a future appointment, you do have the option to place a deposit on a unit. Please contact directly for this option. 

Can I return my order? 

Wigs are final sale. There are no refunds or returns on wigs. Please select exactly what you’re looking for to avoid disappointments. If you’re unsure, please contact directly for assistance. 

• Take care of your bundles like it is your own for longevity.
• While wearing, ensure you’re detangling the hair when needed with a brush or wide tooth comb for minimal shedding
• After wear, wash with shampoo & double conditioner. Let it air dry ! 

1. Once you have added the item to your cart, there will be a pop up on the top left hand corner of your screen. 
   
2. Select “view cart” or select the “shopping cart icon” located above the pop up. A new web browser page will appear with a full overview of your items in the cart.

3. At the bottom of the page, is where you’ll see a summary of the amount and the option to select “next” to pay.
