$20 deposit is required for this promo
**REMAINDER IS TO BE PAID IN CASH AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. **
All e-transfers will include HST
Before appointment:
Please come with your hair washed & blowdried!
Blowdrying fee - $25
Wash and Blowdry - $60
If you need to add these services relay this message in the special instructions
Ex) Add Blowdry or Add Wash & Blowdry
New wigs:
- Must be dropped off atleast 2 days before your scheduled appointment.
Old wigs:
- Clean the wig properly. Remove all glue, makeup and any buildup overall.
- The wig must have properly bleached knots & be decently plucked.
- If the wig is not in this condition, please follow the drop off instructions.
Drop off:
Write your name and appointment date + time on a piece of paper. Place that piece of paper in the bag with your wig. Then contact me to drop off your unit.
If you are dropping off the unit at a time that the salon is closed. Ensure the wig is secured in a bag, drop it off by hanging it on my unit door. Take a picture of its placement, send it to me, then I’ll confirm.
Order a unit, receive install for $60

All wigs take 3-4 days to arrive after purchased. Please ensure you’re booking accordingly to avoid disappointments.

Custom colour:
To add custom colour to your appointment, please reach out directly with inspo of the colour you’re going for. Also relay this message in the special instructions
Ex) Custom colour - jet black
Custom colour will be an additional charge depending on the colour you want - $25 +

- Wash and Blow dry hair from root to tip, ready to be styled.
- Add a blow dry or wash and Blow dry to your service if you’re unable to properly prepare yourself for an appointment.
- Hair is not included but can be provided for an extra cost.
- If you need hair provided, use the special instructions to let us know what hair and colour you need.

- XPRESSION PRE-STRETCHED BRAND ONLY
How many packs of hair ?
- 2 packs of the 3in1 prestrechted hair

Payment: 50% deposit or Full balance to secure your appointment.
- Once you have added the service to your cart, there will be a pop up on the top left hand corner of your screen.
- Select “view cart” or select the “shopping cart icon” located above the pop up. A new web browser page will appear with a full overview of your service in the cart.
3. At the bottom of the page, is where the options to select 50% deposit or pay in full is located.
- The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your appointment either through cash or etransfer. All e-transfers require HST.
- After booking check your email for your confirmation that will provide you with further details about your appointment. Check spam or Junk mail if you cannot find the email in your standard inbox.

- To cancel , please give us a 72 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund.
- Rescheduling requires at least a 24 hours notice. Deposits are transferable to reschedule appointments within the same year of booking.
- No-shows won't be refunded.
- If running late, please notify us ASAP. 30 mins + late will result in a $30 late fee or potential appointment cancellation
