All wigs take 3-4 days to arrive after purchased. Please ensure you’re booking accordingly to avoid disappointments.

** The price reflected when you select the wig of your choice is the price for the wig only**
** You have the option to pay a 50% deposit or in full. Please note the 50% amount you pay, is also your remaining balance + install**

HOW TO GET AN APPOINTMENT:
- Select the unit of your choice
- Please leave all your correct information - phone number, email, Instagram, all special instructions needed
- Select date + time that works for you. Keep in mind the date you place the order for your wig & the appointment you select.
- After that, a confirmation with your appointment date + time will be sent to you.
- check spam or junk mail for confirmation !

Custom colour:
To add custom colour to your appointment, please reach out directly with inspo of the colour you’re going for. Also relay this message in the special instructions
Ex) Custom colour - jet black
Custom colour will be an additional charge depending on the colour you want - $25 +

- Wash and Blow dry hair from root to tip, ready to be styled.
- Add a blow dry or wash and Blow dry to your service if you’re unable to properly prepare yourself for an appointment.
- Hair is not included but can be provided for an extra cost.
- If you need hair provided, use the special instructions to let us know what hair and colour you need.

- 2 packs of the 3in1 prestrechted hair

Payment: 50% deposit or Full balance to secure your appointment.
- Once you have added the service to your cart, there will be a pop up on the top left hand corner of your screen.
- Select “view cart” or select the “shopping cart icon” located above the pop up. A new web browser page will appear with a full overview of your service in the cart.
3. At the bottom of the page, is where the options to select 50% deposit or pay in full is located.
- The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your appointment either through cash or etransfer. All e-transfers require HST.
- After booking check your email for your confirmation that will provide you with further details about your appointment. Check spam or Junk mail if you cannot find the email in your standard inbox.

- To cancel , please give us a 72 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund.
- Rescheduling requires at least a 24 hours notice. Deposits are transferable to reschedule appointments within the same year of booking.
- No-shows won't be refunded.
- If running late, please notify us ASAP. 30 mins + late will result in a $30 late fee or potential appointment cancellation
